A little bit about me

Hi, I'm Siobhan

I own and operate www.bitasweetdelights.co.uk, specialising in painted ganache coated cakes (using edible paints) and sculpting one off designs for my clients. I also paint royal iced traditional Scottish shortbread for special occasions and gifts.

Based in the Scottish Highlands, I have discovered a love of the wild countryside, wildlife and the quieter, slower things in life.

I have always loved reading, and as a child the books were my friends and my escape to a magical world. I have recently discovered I can create unique art pieces through intricate miniature designs to capture the essence and passion of each book.

I work closely with each of my clients to capture the story and importance behind each commission, be that in the form of cake, cookie or canvas of choice.

As I embark on this new chapter of my career I promise to bring passion, dedication and authenticity to each creation.
