Terms and conditions

Coddiewomple Art retains copyright to the artwork created, and usage of the artwork on any other website is prohibited, apart from Coddiewomple Art social media pages. All my artwork is hand sketched and painted, I do not use AI.

The client will have ownership of the commissioned piece created, but does not have a permission distribute or reuse artwork created by Coddiewomple Art. If the client wishes to make any reproductions then this must be arranged through Coddiewomple Art.

If the client chooses to terminate the services of Coddiewomple Art after agreeing a commission arrangement but before the commissioned project is complete, Coddiewomple Art reserves the right to charge up to 85% of the total project cost. The scale of the charge will be dependent on the discretion of Coddiewomple Art and the stage of the project upon cancellation.

Price quotations and charges for services are valid for 30 days after quotation. Coddiewomple Art requires a 30% deposit to confirm a commission slot. This deposit is non-refundable.

Payment in full will be required upon completion of the commission and before collection/delivery. Invoices will be sent via email, you will be required to provide a current postal address and phone number for hard copies of invoices to be sent. Payment will be required to be paid within 7 days of the invoice. Unless agreed by Coddiewomple Art prior to acceptance of the commission, Coddiewomple Art does not accept payment in part or instalments.
